After serving in the U.S. Navy during the Vietnam War, George received his Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from NC State University and a Masters in Business Administration from Campbell University. He worked 14 years for Carolina Power and Light Company where he progressed to Principal Engineer and Manager of Distribution Standards before resigning to become a Manufacturers’ Representative. | ||
