Kay Hovey joined Utility Lines in 1990 as the sole Inside Salesperson. Currently, she handles the finances and the development/implementation of corporate goals and directives. Kay’s previous work experience includes 5 years in public accounting with a CPA firm and an additional 5 years as self-employed, providing bookkeeping and payroll services in the Raleigh area.
